Shipping and Delivery

How long does it take to ship my products?

It typically takes around 5-7 days or less for your products to get shipped if you are using one of our branded designs. If you have your own custom designs, it will take a maximum of 15 days before it reaches your doorstep.

Where do you ship from?

All of our products are shipped from inside the USA and Canadian warehouses. We keep our promise on 100% American labelling.

How do I track my order?

You will get your tracking number once you make an order and your product is shipped(it's in your email inbox). Get that number and post it in our track order page at the top of the page.

What are my shipping options?

We only provide shipping options inside the USA and Canada currently to meet our customer demands.

Return Policy

Can I return my products if I don't like them?

Definitely. We have a 15-day return policy. However, for custom design items that we make for you, we are unable to process the return. If the products are heavily used, return is denied.

How do I return my items?

Send us an email at [email protected] with a subject saying "Returning my items". Our support will get back to you instantly. Keep the packaging as it is and we will email you on how to ship all the items easily. We work closely with renowned North American carriers who assist us in delivering the products to your doorstep.

What should I do if my product comes in damaged?

Take a picture with your phone immediately and send us an email at [email protected] with the subject line "Damaged product". Our support will get back to you instantly and provide you with the return process.

Ordering and Payment policy

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all methods of online credit card payment processing which include Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc. We discourage the use of debit cards in our platform as it can cause refund delay issues. Contact our support by sending us an email or messaging us in our contact page.

What happens to my personal and credit card information?

We don't store your credit card information. We only store your email in order to keep contact for the future. We don't share your personal information with any third parties. Your email is kept secured in our database for sending you messages which you can easily unsubscribe whenever you want.

Can I cancel my order after I have bought an item?

Yes you can. Send us an email at [email protected] before your 15-day return window closes. Our support will proceed with the return process with you right away.
